Key Insights — September Action Items
✅
3 Core Pharmacy Accounts — Hold These
Virden Savmor, Cary Endocrine, and Bertram Pharmacy represent $479K combined (55% of UMS revenue). These must be in every Thursday report. Any dip in their order frequency is a P2 flag.
🔴
4 Accounts Went Silent in August
SBH Sales ($23K), Ample Medical ($19K), Pay for Strips ($17K), and Advance Pharmacy ($36K) all ordered Jun+Jul but went quiet in August. That's $96K in potential September recovery — call them this week.
📉
August Revenue Dropped $54K vs July
UMS fell from $308K to $237K month-over-month. The silent accounts above explain most of it. September needs both volume recovery from existing accounts AND fulfillment at 90–100% to hit $1M.
📈
VGP Growing Fast — No Wholesaler Yet
VGP went from $978 in June to $20K in August — 20x growth in 3 months. All Pharmacy. No wholesaler channel has been opened yet. Cary Endocrine is already buying from both UMS and VGP — leverage that relationship.
📋 How to Use This Dashboard for the $1M September System
Thursday — Sales Report Inputs
- Use the Order Frequency table to identify who is due to order based on their typical pattern
- Core accounts (⭐) should be confirmed each week — if they haven't ordered, call them
- Silent accounts (🔴) from August are your highest-priority outreach for September
- Flag any account not seen in 2+ weeks — that's a recovery opportunity, not a loss
- Include UMS and VGP separately in the report — different product lines
What the Data Is Telling You
- Pharmacy = higher individual order values (Virden, Cary, Bertram = $150K+ each)
- Wholesaler = more frequent, smaller orders — important for weekly volume consistency
- VGP has no wholesaler sales yet — first wholesaler deal would be a new revenue stream
- August dip was concentrated in 4–5 accounts — fixing those alone closes most of the $1M gap
- Quest Medical and CARL are growing — expand these relationships proactively
